Athr Perfumes is committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, this policy has been established to protect the rights of both customers and Athr Perfumes while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and fully agrees to this policy. 1. Non-Returnable Products To maintain product safety and quality, Athr Perfumes does not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: * After the product packaging has been opened or the protective seal has been removed. * After the product has been used in any form. * If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper storage. * If the product was purchased as part of a clearance sale, special promotion, discount campaign, or final sale. * If the request exceeds the permitted return or exchange period. 2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange Customers may request a return or exchange only in the following cases: * Receipt of an incorrect product. * Receipt of a damaged product due to a verified shipping error. * A significant manufacturing defect affecting the product’s intended use. The product must be: * Completely unused. * In its original condition. * In its original packaging with all contents included. * Accompanied by proof of purchase. 3. Request Submission Period Any return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Any request submitted after this period may be rejected by Athr Perfumes without further obligation. 4. Claim Procedure The customer must provide: * Order number. * Clear photographs of the product. * Clear photographs of the outer packaging. * A detailed description of the issue. Athr Perfumes reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before making a final decision. 5. Inspection of Requests All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and review by Athr Perfumes. The final decision regarding the approval or rejection of any request shall be at the sole discretion of Athr Perfumes based on the inspection and verification results. 6. Shipping Costs If Athr Perfumes is determined to be at fault: * Athr Perfumes will bear the shipping costs related to the approved return or exchange. In all other circumstances: * The customer shall be responsible for all shipping, return, handling, and any related fees. 7. Refunds If a refund is approved: * Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded. * Shipping charges, customs duties, government fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted directly from an error by Athr Perfumes. * Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the policies of banks and payment service providers. 8. Refused Deliveries If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason: * Shipping charges shall not be refunded. * Any return shipping and related costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. * Athr Perfumes reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer or suspend Cash-on-Delivery services. 9. Limitation of Liability Athr Perfumes shall not be liable for: * Differences in personal fragrance preferences. * Customer expectations regarding fragrance longevity or projection. * Allergic reactions or sensitivities to any ingredient. * Damage resulting from misuse or improper storage of the product. All such cases are considered ineligible for return, exchange, or refund. 10. Right to Amend the Policy Athr Perfumes reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website shall be considered the official and governing version.
