Lost or Damaged Shipments * Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping carrier upon handover of the package. * If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the customer must: 1. Take clear photographs of the package before opening it. 2. Take photographs of the damage. 3. Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Delays Beyond Our Control Athr Perfumes shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: * Adverse weather conditions. * Natural disasters. * Strikes or labor disputes. * Customs inspections or clearance delays. * Security restrictions. * Carrier operational issues. * Technical disruptions. * Any force majeure event. 9. Delivered Shipments Where tracking records indicate that a shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, or to an authorized recipient at that address, the order shall be deemed successfully delivered.
